Bethany from “Eating Club” has opened up her place to chill at so we don’t have to chow down in the parking lot, unless we want to.

Eatclub showed up and there was no truck.
Did the Thai truck shut down? Were they out sick that evening? Was this a part of a master plan hatched by rival “Eating club” to bring down Eatclub? Rumor has it that the truck merely changed locations. Anyhow, we quickly and hungrily decided to grab dinner from nearby Chicken Holiday but it did little to satisfy my craving for the coconut lemongrass chili and peanut flavas of Thailand…
